Watch The Harley Quinn Cameo In Arrow (Video)

Tonight’s episode of Arrow featured the Suicide Squad where we got a peek at Harley Quinn as well as a listen to her voice.

Harley Quinn was first teased in a preview for the episode, and then actress Cassidy Alexa may have been revealed as the character on Twitter.

Update: Harley Quinn was voiced by Tara Strong, known for voicing the character in the Batman Arkham video games.
