The Walking Dead #1 Goes For $10,000 On EBay

The hottest comic books currently on the market are none other than back issues of Robert Kirkman’s The Walking Dead!

The success of the AMC TV show has made the rest of the comic book reading community catch up with what we knew all along! The Walking Dead comic book is one of the best books out there.

Early issues of The Walking Dead sold around 3-6000, I think, with later issues around the 30,000 mark. However, when Kirkman released a dozen covers or so for The Walking Dead #100, things started to rise! And I don’t mean zombies.

The latest issue of The Walking Dead, #103, even made its way into the top ten for comic book sales in October.

Now, check this out, a 9.9 rated copy of The Walking Dead just sold on EBay for $10,000!

I’ve also seen issues from around #40-70 sell for 20-30 bucks each, depending on the issue.
