Thor (2011) DVD: Agent Coulson “The Consultant” Clip mentions General Ross

Marvel released a clip from the "Marvel One-Shot: The Consultant" that will be released on the Thor Blu-Ray DVD combo pack.

This features Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) discussing a "problem"  – with mention of General Ross?!

Can anybody make out what exactly the bald guy is saying? 

Still, pretty cool and most likely The Avengers related, as "General Ross" refers to General "Thunderbolt" Ross from the Incredible Hulk.
