Chris Hemsworth, currently filming Thor 2, “The Dark World,” has been named Australia’s GQ Man of The Year.
The Aussie native said that he is “thrilled” with the honor and thanked GQ for their support.
“GQ has been so supportive of me right from the beginning of my career,” Hemsworth said during his acceptance speech, as reported by Australia’s News.com. “It’s an honor and a privilege to be acknowledged within their pages.”
Chris Hemsworth has recently been spotted on the set of Thor 2 while filming in London in a new batch of photos as well as video. The actor will reprise as Thor in the upcoming The Avengers sequel in 2015.
