Watch: J.K. Simmons Talks Justice League Commissioner Gordon On Stephen Colbert

Watch video below featuring J.K. Simmons on Stephen Colbert talking about playing characters in both the DC and Marvel movie universes.

Simmons has recently been cast as the new Commissioner Gordon for Zack Snyder’s Justice League. He says he begins filming in a couple of months and still needs to find his take on the character. 

Regarding playing J. Jonah Jameson for Sam Raimi in the Spider-Man movies, Simmons says he basically used what was in the comics for the character.

“Justice League” has a November 17, 2017 release directed by Zack Snyder starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Wilem Dafoe in an unknown role.

Disney and J.J. Abrams released the official Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer this weekend.

We just heard William Shatner’s reaction to the trailer, now how about Stephen Colbert?

Colbert reacts to the trailer as well as explains the new lightsaber in the following video.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” has a December 18, 2015 release directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer.

Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film.

Joss Whedon Explains Iron Man In The Avengers 2 With Stephen Colbert (Video)

We recently learned that Robert Downey Jr. will be returning for The Avengers 2 as well as The Avengers 3, but after the events of Iron Man 3, how will he be Iron Man?

In the following video, Stephen Colbert asks Joss Whedon how Iron Man will be in the film seeing how Tony Stark had the arc reactor removed.

Well, Joss Whedon offers up an answer, one that doesn’t give it away, but if you recall the end of Iron Man 3 and what Tony Stark said, it might not be difficult to figure out.

“Well they just replace it, it’s elsewhere. I can’t give it all away but he’s still got it,” Whedon said.
