Watch: George Clooney Apologizes For Destroying Batman

While recently promoting Tomorrowland on the UK’s Graham Norton Show, actor George Clooney apologizes for ruining Batman.

Clooney starred in the 1997 Batman & Robin film, which featured the “bat nipples” in addition to a huge cast of actors and characters.

Whether it as Clooney’s fault or Joel Schumacher’s (or both) is up for debate.

Batman wouldn’t be revisited until eight years later when Christopher Nolan released Batman Begins in 2005.

“I always apologize for Batman & Robin,” Clooney said.

Tomorrowland is currently in theaters; you can check out our review here.
