New Godzilla Movie Said To Feature 3 Monsters

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:4974:]]The new Godzilla movie that is in the works from Gareth Edwards is rumored to be featuring monsters in addition to Godzilla.

Apparently, a Warner Bros. promotion of some sorts (via Chud.com) revealed that two new monsters will be created for the movie in addition to Godzilla.

It’s also said that this movie version of Godzilla follows the story of a soldier and is a lot different than the Toho films.

How much of this will exactly stick is unknown as Frank Darabont has been added to the mix to do script re-writes. Still, the above sounds like basic stuff, so it could stay.

The most recent Toho Godzilla movies that were released were not well-received by both the critics and the fans; however, they did go on to be world-wide box office successes, which obviously lends credence to the popularity of the Godzilla franchise.

Godzilla is set to be released May 16, 2014.
