[[wysiwyg_imageupload:2432:]] When the Man of Steel footage was first revealed at the recent San Diego-Comic-Con, Warner Bros. paired the footage with composer Hans Zimmer’s music score from The Thin Red Line.
Zimmer, also known for working with Man of Steel producer Christopher Nolan on the Batman trilogy, has previously said that he isn’t going near the iconic Superman theme of John Williams, but will be bringing his own version to the new movie.
The next Man of Steel trailer is said to be debuting with the December 14th premiere of The Hobbit, and by all accounts that seems to be a given.
Now, we are hearing that the Man of Steel trailer is not the only thing that will be debuting with The Hobbit, but new Superman music and new footage as well.
The information comes to us from the Man of Steel Fan Facebook, a Facebook fan page that began with a leaked call-sheet revealing key details about the movie and has since grown into a 6-figure community of Superman fans.
In addition, they state that the new Man of Steel trailer will not be showing with every showing of The Hobbit, much the same as it was with The Dark Knight Rises.
The Man of Steel Fan Facebook didn’t explicitly say that Hans Zimmer’s new Superman music score will debut, as there may be another possibility.
Warner Bros. is said to be interested in the Florida band, Hyborn, with their song “Birth of A Hero,” so maybe we’ll see their song featured in the new trailer.
Regarding the new Man of Steel footage, the Fan Facebook page didn’t state specifics, just that it will be new, obviously meaning the Comic-Con footage will not be the trailer.
