Star Trek Sequel (2013): ’24’ Actress, Nazneen Contractor Joins Cast

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:312:]]The latest cast member to be added to the J.J. Abrams directed Star Trek sequel is Nazneen Contractor, of Fox’s 24.

EW has learned that Contractor will play the wife to Noel Clarke’s character. 

Clarke, best known for portraying Mickey Smith in Doctor Who, is said to be playing a husband with a wife and daughter, with no further details known.

In addition to the recent announcements of Contractor and Clarke, Benedict Cumberbatch has been cast as the film’s villain.

Look for the as-of-yet unnamed Star Trek sequel to warp into theaters on May 17th, 2013 in 3D.
