Tickets are now on sale for the 20th anniversary theatrical release of Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth.
The film returns to theaters October 9-15 from Cineverse and Fathom Entertainment. Sales opened in the United States and have now been expanded to Canada.
It marks the first time audiences can see the movie in 4K, with versions available in RealD 3D and premium HDR by Barco. Del Toro oversaw every version of the re-release himself.
The anniversary run also includes special fan experiences in New York City and Los Angeles, with del Toro making surprise appearances at select screenings.
Tickets are available now at Fathom Entertainment and at participating theater box offices.
Those screenings come two days after Crunchyroll’s Anime Future Forum in New York — the October 7 event del Toro already said he is not attending.

Del Toro Turns 62 On Opening Day
October 9 is also del Toro’s birthday. He turns 62 the day the movie is back on screens.
Written and directed by del Toro, Pan’s Labyrinth is set in 1944 in the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War. It follows young Ofelia, who discovers a mysterious labyrinth and an ageless Faun who sends her on three tasks.
The film received six Academy Award nominations and won three Oscars, for cinematography, art direction, and makeup.
Del Toro also took fan questions Wednesday in a Reddit AMA, where he said he would love to make another kaiju movie.
