Perhaps the last time we will see of Tom Hiddleston is in Thor 2, as Joss Whedon let’s it be known that the trickster, Loki, will not be in The Avengers 2.
In an interview with Empire Magazine, Joss Whedon lets it be known that Loki will not be featured in the sequel, which begins filming next year in London.
“Everyone is going to be looking for that Loki/Hulk smash moment and you’ll be looking for [the word] “quim.” No. First of all, imitating what I did before is the surest way to do it not as well. Second of all, Loki is not there to say those terrible things.”
We know from the Thor 2 trailer that Thor and Loki team up against whatever threat may be present in the movie, which includes Christopher Eccleston’s Malekith and the Dark Elves.
Does Loki make it out alive?
