New Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters Movie Poster & Release Date Moved Up

300: Rise of an Empire and Matt Damon’s sci-fi Elsyium now bookend the new Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters premiere.

A new movie poster also was revealed.

Synopsis:

In order to restore their dying safe haven, the son of Poseidon and his friends head into the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical Golden Fleece.

Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters has an August 7th release in 3D directed by Thor Freudenthal and also starring Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson, Stanley Tucci, Douglas Smith, Leven Rambin, Missi Pyle, Yvette Nicole Brown, and Mary Birdsong.
