Matthew Vaughn Confirmed On Star Wars Episode VII By Jason Flemyng? (Video)

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:4311:]]Actor Jason Flemyng may have inadvertently let it slip during the UK premiere for Seven Psychopaths that Matthew Vaughn is indeed directing Star Wars Episode VII.

Vaughn was first rumored to be directing the new Star Wars after he bowed out from X-Men: Days of Future Past, only for it to come out that the real reason for his departure was to team with Mark Millar on Secret Service.

Word first hit via Twitter about Flemyng confirming Vaughn on Star Wars and then video footage surfaced as well.

We mentioned earlier about Matthew Vaughn’s involvement in Star Wars IV When we of course meant Star Wars VII. We’ll blame the cold.

Vaughn and Flemyng have a long relationship together having worked on a total of nine films, so Flemyng could be in the know about the new Star Wars — and perhaps have a part?
