Mattel’s DC Comics All-Stars Includes New 52 Superman

Looks like the DC Comics New 52 characters are slowly beginning to make their way into the mainstream.

Mattle announced that their second wave of DC Comic “All-Star” action figures will include the New 52 versions of Superman – sporting the Kryptonian armor minus the red trunks – as well as the new Flash.

These will be available in stores like Target for the general public, with more of the New 52 characters to get the “All Stars” treatment in 2012.

CBR got a first look at the new figs, which includes older versions of Red Robin and black-suited Supergirl.

Personally, I would like to see an Animal Man, Swamp Thing, Frankenstein and Omac line-up!
