S.H.I.E.L.D. managed a measly 1.5 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic, which is down 12 percent from the 1.7 from the previous episode.
4.27 million people tuned in for the episode as well, another series low.
This week’s episode followed a break as last week saw ABC air the Marvel 75th Anniversary documentary, which didn’t do all that well in the ratings considering it had a special preview for The Avengers 2 – it only scored a 1.2 rating with 3.42 million tuning in.
The new Tuesday night 9pm ET timeslot for S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn’t look to be proving it was a good movie for ABC as, compared to last year, ABC netted better ratings with The Goldbergs.
Likewise, compared to November of last year, but in the 8pm ET timeslot, S.H.I.E.L.D. netted about 2.45 million more viewers.
