Man of Steel Henry Cavill & Zack Snyder Confirmed For 2013 San Diego Comic-Con

It’s been confirmed that both the new Superman Henry Cavill and Man of Steel director Zack Snyder will be at this week’s Comic-Con.

Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are holding a “Superman’s 75th Anniversary Celebration” panel Saturday at the SDCC with it previously said talent from the current blockbuster, Man of Steel, will be on hand.

Now The Wrap reports that Henry Cavill and Zack Snyder will be in attendance at a party the previous night on Friday at the Hard Rock.

In addition to Cavill and Snyder, it’s also reported that an original copy of Action Comics #1 will be at the party on loan from musician Jack White.

Zack Snyder’s animated Superman short will be previewed at the SDCC as well.

With Man of Steel closing in on $700 million worldwide, and the #2 movie of the year in the U.S., fans are expecting a big announcement regarding the future of the DC movie universe at the Con.
