Kurt Russell Joins Fast & Furious 7

Kurt Russell has joined the cast of Fast & Furious 7 in an undisclosed role that is said to have once been offered to Denzel Washington.

Variety reports about Kurt Russell joining the cast, said to be an important role for the film’s story, which will see James Wan direct as well as UFC star Ronda Rousey added as well.

Fast & Furious 7 is said to be set in Los Angeles and will see the return of Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, producer Neal H. Moritz and writer Chris Morgan.

The previous movie, Fast & Furious 6, is Universal’s highest grossing movie of all time coming in at just over $780 million.

Kurt Russell recently completed filming on The Art Of Steal, which has a September 13th release in Canada, with Bone Tomahawk currently in pre-production also starring Jennifer Carpenter and Peter Sarsgaard.
