Iron Man 3 (2013): First Look At Iron Patriot Armor in Coldblood!

Spotted on the set of Iron Man 3 is James Badge Dale who is playing Eric Savin.

In the comics Eric Savin is the cyborg Coldblood, but you can see from the pics below that James Badge Dale is wearing the Iron Patriot Armor!

Update: Or it could be — Detroit Steel!

Of course, the Iron Patriot Armor was worn by Norman Osborn in the comics as part of his — Dark Avengers!

Obviously Marvel Studios couldn’t use Osborn, as Sony own’s his filming rights, but it looks like they are using the Iron Patriot armor for Eric Savin.

Now whether or not the armor will indeed be called “Iron Patriot” or even “Coldblood” remains to be seen.
