IMDb Boat At Comic-Con Makes Waves

IMDb Boat At Comic-Con Makes Waves

I had the pleasure of being invited on board the IMDb boat at Comic-Con last weekend which was a big hit.

Fans were able to RSVP and once they made their way on the ship (lines were huge) they were able to take part in interactive displays, get free swag, drinks and more.

The IMDB Boat is located at the back of the San Diego Convention Center on the bay and once I was on the third floor, I took video of the convention, which can be watched below.

The third floor had a cool bar area where fans could get free drinks by liking Prime Video’s Freevee Instagram account, as FreeVee is Amazon’s premium free streaming service where fans can watch thousands of hit movies, shows, Freevee Originals, and live 24/7 entertainment channels.

We had a couple of drinks, grabbed a frozen banana and had a blast taking in all the scenery (weather was gorgeous).

Comic-Con was packed and even though the major studios and actors had to pull out, the fans sure didn’t as, again, lines were long. I was also told by an exhibitor that they made the most money this year, with the thought that due to nothing big being at Hall H that fans went inside the convention and spent more of their time (and money) on the floor.

The IMDb boat also had a super cool first floor (second floor was exclusive) which also featured a bar and interactive displays from brands including Lego, Doritos and more.

Check out the images and video below.
