Hasbro has something big planned for San Diego Comic-Con.
While at the con on Thursday, I spoke with a Hasbro rep who works on the Star Wars line, and he told me the company has a big reveal coming at its Star Wars panel, which takes place Friday, July 24 from 2pm to 3pm PT in Room 7AB, where the team will go over The Black Series and The Vintage Collection.
One of the best booths on the floor
The Hasbro booth (#3213) is easily one of the best on the floor this year.
The Star Wars section features a Battle of Geonosis display complete with a Republic Gunship flying overhead, clone troopers, battle droids, and Geonosians, all backed by a wall of The Vintage Collection carded figures.

There is also a display for The Mandalorian and Grogu with a snowy mountain diorama, plus a case for Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord with a diorama of its own, sitting alongside Black Series figures and a 501st clone trooper helmet. Hasbro also has its 1:1 scale Ultimate Grogu animatronic on hand, which features more than 250 animations and sounds.
Beyond Star Wars, the booth covers Transformers, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, Marvel, and more.

What is the big reveal?
The rep didn’t say what the reveal is, but between Lucasfilm going big for the 50th anniversary, Star Wars: Starfighter on the way, and Lucasfilm being more open to video game figures, there is no shortage of candidates. The reveals are now live right here.
