Guardians of the Galaxy #3 Star-Lord Movie Variant Revealed

Marvel revealed a batch of new variant covers for Guardians of the Galaxy #3 with a movie variant cover featuring Star-Lord.

It’s the same image from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie concept art with fans thinking that the stars in the background are the Nova Corp.

No worries, though, as it seems the costumes that follow won’t be a part of the movie and nobody is sure why Marvel Comics changed them.

The Guardians of the Galaxy movie has an August 1, 2014 release directed by James Gunn and starring Chris Pratt as Peter Quill Star-Lord and Dave Bautista as Drax The Destroyer.
