A new cast addition for Game Of Thrones Season 4 has become known with Joseph Gatt As Styr, Magnar of Thenn.

The actor’s agent confirmed the news as the listing first appeared on IMDb (via MaltaNews).

In the George R.R. Martin Game Of Thrones novels, Styr is described as a war chief who leads an attack on Castle Black.

Joseph Gatt played the Frost Giant Grundroth in Thor, recently had a role as a science officer in J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek Into Darkness, and was also slated to be a part of the defunct NBC Wonder Woman TV series with Adrianne Palicki.

Gatt was also the actor used for Kratos for the God of War video games.

Joseph Gatt joins the recent cast additions for Game of Thrones Season 4 with Roger Ashton-Griffiths As Mace Tyrell, Indira Varma as Ellaria Sand, Mark Gatiss in an as-of-yet unknown role, and Pedro Pascal As The Red Viper.
