Did Black Panther Chadwick Boseman Just Say He Is In Avengers 2?

We may have confirmation that Chadwick Boseman will first appear in The Avengers: Age Of Ultron as T’Challa.

Marvel Studios president and producer Kevin Feige previously made mention that we’ll see Boseman first suit up in Captain America: Civil War, which could be mean first in costume as Black Panther.

Now in a recent interview, Chadwick Boseman may have slipped he will first appear in The Avengers 2.

Boseman is asked if there is a director with his response being:

“There is a director on the movies I am introduced, but not for Black Panther.”

Of note is Boseman stated “movies.”

Joss Whedon is directing The Avengers 2 and the Russo Bros. are directing Cap 3.

It’s long been speculated that Black Panther (or T’Challa) would be featured in The Avengers 2 as Josh Whedon did film in South Africa. Black Panther’s home is the fictional Marvel African nation of Wakanda. It’s also speculated that Ultron might be seeking out Wakanda to acquire the Marvel fictional metal vibranium. In addiiton, it’s thought Andy Serkis is playing the Black Panther villain, The Klaw.
