DC Reveals Hooded Mystery Woman: Pandora!

DC Comics is ringing in the New Year with the revelation that the mysterious hooded woman first scene in the pages of Flashpoint is Pandora!

Bob Harras, DC’s EIC, posted the following pic (right) and blurb on The Source.

“Her name is Pandora.”

Note: DC first revealed this image back in October. It’s by Jim Lee, and Harras promised we would see more of her in the pages of Justice League.

“You’ll soon see the next step in this character’s evolution in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE, and in the months to come you will see more events ripple across titles as we continue to weave the DC Universe together and tell even more amazing stories.”

Interestingly enough, the file name for the image is “The Strange,” maybe the name of an upcoming new series with Pandora.

I believe “Pandora” has appeared in just about every first issue of the New 52, but I don’t think she looked anything like this! Is she responsible for the merging of the timelines, and per her name, has it created a “Pandora’s Box” of evil?!
