DC has announced its full plans for New York Comic Con 2026, running October 8-11 at the Javits Center.
The publisher is going bigger this year with an expanded multilevel booth at #4365, plus a second space right next door at #4657 housing a new 360° cosplay photo installation, where fans can shoot slow-motion runway videos as their favorite DC hero or villain.
The headliners: the annual Jim Lee & Friends panel, a Batman of Two Worlds signing with Scott Snyder and Matt Fraction, foil covers from Bill Sienkiewicz and Frank Miller, Lanterns replica rings, and the first merchandise anywhere for the Clayface movie.
DC is also continuing its 100th anniversary celebration at the show, with the booth themed to the 1950s this year.
Fans can grab a free MAD Magazine #1 facsimile — loaded with vintage ads pulled from DC’s archives — at a 1950s-style Daily Planet newsstand inside the booth. The back cover is a blank Daily Planet page built for collecting creator signatures.
The other big change for 2026 is digital queueing. Fans will sign up digitally for booth signings and DC Shop exclusives instead of camping in physical lines, with details and eligibility requirements coming to DC’s social channels in the coming weeks.

The rest of the lineup:

The announcement is all comics and merchandise. DC Studios remains absent from NYCC, with James Gunn’s side of the company still holding no panel on the schedule.

Lanterns Rings, Clayface Band Shirt, And Sienkiewicz Foils
The DC Shop inside the booth is loaded this year.
For Lanterns fans, DC is selling limited-edition replica rings and light-up replica power battery keychains, plus shirts and hats. The HBO series wraps its first season October 4, four days before the con opens.
The booth is also the first place anywhere to buy Clayface movie merchandise, including a limited-quantity in-universe band tour T-shirt. Clayface opens in theaters October 23, less than two weeks after the show.

On the comics side, DC is selling limited foil covers while supplies last:
- Absolute Batman #1, Absolute Wonder Woman #1, and Absolute Superman #1 by Bill Sienkiewicz
- Absolute Catwoman #1 by Ben Oliver
- Absolute Green Arrow #1 by Jeff Spokes
- Lanterns #1 Special Edition wraparound by Ryan Benjamin
- Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow #1 by Leirix

Mattel picked NYCC for a big one. The first-ever Mattel DC Collector item gets revealed at the booth Thursday, October 8 at 12 PM, with pre-orders opening immediately after at MattelCreations.com. The line launches globally January 1, 2027.
LEGO is teasing a new adult set of “the most iconic villain from the Batman franchise” — DC doesn’t name him, but you can probably guess — along with three new Batman vehicles, including one for a villain.
Shoe Palace, Upper Deck, and DC are teaming for two collectible bundles: an Absolute Batman set with Nick Dragotta art and an Absolute Wonder Woman set with Hayden Sherman art. Each packs a limited-edition comic, a 5×7 Upper Deck card, a T-shirt, and pins.
DC Universe Online players get free posters for the “Wrath of the Worldkillers” expansion, drawn by Belén Ortega, each hiding a code for a free in-game Kryptonian reward. The expansion launches October 6.
DC Universe Infinite is selling a $100 convention bundle: a year of the ULTRA tier, a glow-in-the-dark Absolute Martian Manhunter #1 variant by Frank Cho, and a stack of exclusive pins.
Rounding it out: a Superman and Krypto photo op in front of a Fortress of Solitude backdrop, daily DC Community meetups from 1-2 PM with a free Scottie Young Lobo #1 poster for Discord members, and the DC Official Cosplay Meetup on Friday, October 9 at 1 PM in the Javits South Concourse.
New York Comic Con 2026 runs October 8-11. Cosmic Book News will be covering live from the show floor.
