[[wysiwyg_imageupload:8607:]]Earlier at the Man of Steel Red Carpet premiere in NYC, writer David Goyer attended and was asked about what’s next for the DC movie universe.
For some strange reason, Goyer has been avoiding Justice League movie questions, but does offer he would like to see it, and in the conversation takes a dig at The Avengers.
“They’ve got a little kryptonite pellet embedded in my heart and if I say anything it will explode, but I would be a very rich man for all the times I was asked that question. It all depends on how the [Man of Steel] does,” Goyer offered. “I would love to see a Justice League film, absolutely. Put the Avengers on notice.”
It’s rumored that David Goyer is writing the Justice League movie, and in a previous QnA avoided answering questions as well.
But Goyer did state that if he had a chance to do Green Lantern, he would do it better.
David Goyer has also stated recently on numerous occasions that he would like to do a Wonder Woman film.
DC Comics chief creative officer Geoff Johns let it be known announcements would be forthcoming at this Summer’s Comic-Con.
Have director Zack Snyder and Henry Cavill been playing coy by mentioning they want more Superman before Justice League?
Man of Steel opens June 14th in IMAX 3D directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman and Michael Shannon as Zod.
