The Dark Knight Rises (2012): New Image Shows Catwoman With Gun

The Dark Knight Rises looks to feature Anne Hathway as Catwoman wielding a gun, instead of a whip, as a second image has surfaced showing just that.

The 2012 Toy Fair revealed a Catwoman miniature sporting a gun, and now a new promo image shows off the same.

And as we stated before, Catwoman is not new to using a pistol as she shot the Black Mask right in the head in the comic books!

Looks like Nolan may be going for a more realistic approach with a thief using a gun instead of a whip, no?!

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th, 2012 and is directed by Christopher Nolan starring Christian Bale as Batman, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, Michael Cain as Alfred, Juno Temple and Josh Pence as a young Ra’s al Ghul.
