The Dark Knight Rises (2012): EW Details: Batcave, 2 More Images: Batman and Bruce Wayne

The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly features The Dark Knight Rises, we’ve already seen a bunch of new pics, with the issue hitting newsstands tomorrow.

However, the digital version has already become available, and Batman-News.com has put up some info and images of Batman and Bruce Wayne.

”¢ As was previously revealed, the movie takes place 8 years after The Dark Knight, and now we learn that Bruce Wayne is still recovering mentally and physically from The Joker/Two-Face’s actions.

”¢  As we told you previously about the Batcave, the waterfall is there, the lake, and a new plastic cabinetry that rises from the water with the push of a button.

”¢  Bruce Wayne will have to repair his relationships with Alfred and Lucious Fox.

Christian Bale also offers up an interesting tidbit about donning the suit for the final time, take from this what you will!

“My last day in the suit was also the last day of shooting for me. I was in New York, on top of a downtown skyscraper. The day begin with Morgan Freeman and then ended with Anne Hathaway. I got to say goodbye from within the batcowl.”

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th, 2012 and is directed by Christopher Nolan starring Christian Bale as Batman, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, Michael Cain as Alfred, Juno Temple and Josh Pence as a young Ra’s al Ghul.
