A couple of weeks ago saw the shortlist of actors Disney is eyeing to play the young Han Solo in the upcoming Star Wars anthology/spinoff movie hit the net, which included Logan Lerman (Fury) and Jack Reynor (Transformers: Age Of Extinction).
MTV recently caught up with the actors to get their thoughts.
â€śWeâ€™re talking about Harrison Ford. Heâ€™s no chump,â€ť Reynor said. â€śYou canâ€™t do an imitation. You canâ€™t try and just emulate what that is. Itâ€™s got to be something new. Itâ€™s also got to be something that the audience is going to respond to....Â would be kind of an incredible gig to get."
â€śI donâ€™t think Iâ€™d be intimidated,â€ť Lerman offered. â€śIt would just be fun.â€ť And as noted in the video below, Lerman said heâ€™d have no problem being a â€śdickâ€ť to get into character of Han Solo.
The untitled Star Wars Han Solo anthology movie has a May 25, 2018 release.
