Potential spoilers follow for Batman Vs. Superman.
Yesterday we posted an article examining the theme of death running throughout the film, and now some new details have hit the net.
Superman Homepage has been told about two scenes that an extra participated in, with the first scene said to be about a flashback to the funeral of Thomas and Martha Wayne. The recent Wayne family cemetery set pics that were earlier revealed is said to be a flashback scene with Jeremy Irons as Alfred with a young Bruce Wayne.
"The small set was really cool with the hearse vehicles sporting Gotham license plates," the anonymous extra reported.
Now for the major spoiler.
A second scene the extra participated in is said to deal with the death of the President of the United States.
It's said Henry Cavill was on set as Clark Kent (but didn't film that day), and the scene was a parade taking place in Washington D.C. It's said CG effects would be added in for buildings etc. in post-production.
According to the tipster, the parade is the funeral procession for the President of the United States.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a March 25, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film.
