Also, the latest news regarding the alleged shooter, James Holmes, is that Holmes mailed a notebook full of his plans to a psychiatrist a week before the shooting, which was found unopened in the University of Colorado Anschutz medical campus mailroom, according to Fox News.

“Inside the package was a notebook full of details about how he was going to kill people. There were drawings of what he was going to do in it – drawings and illustrations of the massacre,” reports Fox News.
