Posobiec, Libs of TikTok Call To Cancel Netflix Over Charlie Kirk Post

Update: A wine importer has suspended an employee over a cartoon of Charlie Kirk as the burning Twin Towers.

Calls to cancel Netflix are growing over the “neck injury” post that went up on the first anniversary of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Libs of TikTok, Human Events host Jack Posobiec, and a Turning Point Action rep are among those going after the streamer, while accounts on the other side are celebrating the post.

The post — a meme caption on two images from The Gentlemen Season 2 — has passed 7 million views and is still up.

The Boycott Calls

“Cancel Netflix completely,” posted Posobiec.

Libs of TikTok told followers the post shows Netflix hates them and said she was glad she had already canceled her subscription.

Turning Point Action’s Brady Penfield accused Netflix of outright mocking Kirk’s death and called the post disgusting.

GB News US correspondent Ben Leo said he is canceling three subscriptions totaling £60 a month, adding that he supports Netflix’s right to post what it wants — and his own right to cancel over it.

Others Cheer It On

The replies and quote posts are split, with plenty on the other side treating the post as a win.

Supporters joked that the person running the Netflix UK account should get a raise, with others framing it as the company joining the “Kirkiversary” posts mocking the date.

Musk Led Last Year’s Push

This is the second “Cancel Netflix” wave in under a year.

The first hit in October, after screenshots circulated of Dead End: Paranormal Park creator Hamish Steele ripping UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer for mourning Kirk and calling Kirk a “Nazi.”

Elon Musk repeatedly backed that push, agreeing with users dropping their subscriptions and going after Netflix’s LGBTQ programming and diversity policies. Libs of TikTok was part of that campaign as well.

Netflix has not commented on the boycott calls. Musk, so far, has not weighed in on the new post.
