We may have the next title to the Call of Duty game with “Ghosts” as it’s being said the info has leaked online from a source within the organization.
A YouTube channel, Drift0r, is stating that one of their followers has provided them with the next Modern Warfare 4 title, “Call of Duty: Ghosts” as well as a potential release date.
It’s also stated that it’s actually not going to be called Modern Warfare 4, just “Call of Duty: Ghosts.”
It will be starting it’s own thing.
It’s believed “Call of Duty: Ghosts” will be branching out from the Modern Warfare series, again, moving into a different direction.
It’s stated if the information is correct, an announcement of around May 1st is expected.
The campaign story is said to take place in the future, kind of like Black Ops, but using current generation weaponry.
This is explained by some event in the future that causes the people to use the weapons of the past.
Multiplayer is said to be dynamic, meaning you will be propelling from a helicopter instead of the classic countdown, or breaking through glass into the map, etc.
Player movement will be changed where you can dash into diving while shooting. “Dolphin dive” looks to be dropped.
Prone and crouching will be updated, with rolling side to side enabled.
Peeking around corners looks to be back.
Spec Ops will be replaced with something new; no further info is known.
More destructible environments will be available, more to interact with etc.
“Black Ops: Ghosts” is rumored for next-gen consoles only, PS4, next-gen XBox and PC.
Supposed launch is around Christmas time.
