The Buffalo Bills beat the Los Angeles Chargers 24-16 on Sunday to move to 3-0, and the team’s social media crew celebrated with a shot aimed right at LA.
The Bills posted a Halo-style victory graphic on X showing a Spartan in Bills armor, the words “Buffalo Victory,” and the new Highmark Stadium in the background, captioned, “bills win but make it halo.”
The post answers the Chargers’ Halo schedule release video from May.
Even better, Bills receiver Keon Coleman, who that video makes fun of, ended up deciding the game.

The Chargers went after Keon Coleman’s cookies
Back in May, the Chargers revealed their 2026 schedule with a video made in Halo Infinite’s Forge mode in a collaboration with Xbox, via GameSpot.
It marked the third straight year the team used a video game for its schedule reveal, following Minecraft in 2025 and The Sims 2 in 2024. The Halo rights themselves are back at Microsoft, which is shopping the franchise to Hollywood.
The video’s Week 3 segment for the Bills game is set on a map covered in giant cookies, complete with a smashed folding table in the grass for Bills Mafia.
The cookies are a jab at Coleman, who went viral for talking about his love of cookies after the Bills drafted him in 2024. The video also works in a “high-ankle sprain and cookies” line.

Keon Coleman got the last laugh
Coleman went into Sunday questionable with an ankle injury. He still made the two plays that mattered.
The Bills fell behind by 10 and turned the ball over five times. Coleman’s 37-yard catch from Josh Allen set up Allen’s one-yard touchdown run that tied the game.
Then, after the Chargers cut it to 24-16 with under two minutes left, Coleman recovered the onside kick to seal the win.
The Chargers opened their schedule announcement in May by asking, “should we REALLY make our schedule release video in halo?”
On Sunday, the Bills gave them their answer.
