Jason Momoa attended Comic Con in Sao Paulo where the actor answered questions about Aquaman and DC movies.
According to Twitter fans attending the event, in addition to Momoa stating Aquaman is going to be “bad ass,” the actor confirmed signing a mult-picture deal with Warner Bros. for four DC movies.
Momoa didn’t specific the movies, but we can guess they are his cameo/first appearance in Batman Vs. Superman, Justice League Part 1 in 2017, Aquaman in 2018 and Justice League Part 2 in 2019.
Momoa also told the crowd he signed on to play Aquaman a while ago, and if he didn’t get do do Aquaman, he would have done Lobo.
His choice to direct Aquaman is Zack Snyder.
Momoa was also asked about appearing in Batman Vs. Superman, which he wouldn’t answer, but did tease his Aquaman will silence skeptics. When asked who would win, “Batman or Superman,” he replied, “Why can’t we all be friends?”
