Alice Eve To Play All-New Character In Star Trek Sequel

alice eve star trek J.J. Abrams has picked up Alice Eve for his as-of-yet unnamed Star Trek sequel, and it’s being said that Eve will be playing an all-new character.

Eve stars in Entourage as well as appearing in the upcoming films The Raven and Men In Black III.

In addition, it was previously stated that Benicio del Toro is Abram’s choice of villain, with Variety updating that another role might be named soon, an older villain who plays a supporting character to Del Toro’s character.

Variety also adds that Del Toro’s character is a familiar one to Trekkies.

Both Del Toro and Eve have yet to sign.

The Star Trek sequel is due in theaters May 17th, 2013 in 3D.
