“Basically we’re telling a story about a family at a very critical juncture in their lives. When we meet up with them, we’re going to find that pretty much everything they’ve ever known is at risk,” showrunner Scott Buck says.
Regarding any connection to Agents of SHIELD:
“We all inhabit the same universe, so things that have happened on S.H.I.E.L.D. will potentially affect our show as well.” Scott Buck added there are no plans for a crossover as of now: “Not at this point. [Laughs] We’re just trying to get this launched.”
Synopsis:
After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself.
