The Fantastic Four movie gets a new synopsis teasing both the Silver Surfer and Galactus.

The updated plot info follows Marvel Studios promoting the film at the recent D23 in Brazil.

What is the Fantastic Four synopsis?

The new Fantastic Four synopsis confirms previous details about the movie including its 1960s futuristic setting.

The synopsis also teases Galactus as a “ravenous space god” and “his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer.”

The info also confirms the cast including that Ralph Ineson is playing Galactus and that Julia Garner is playing a female version of the Silver Surfer:

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ introduces Marvel’s First Family—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet.

Marvel has released two teasers and even the music score. Footage has shown members of the FF involved in what has been said the space race. Pedro Pascal can be seen suiting up as Reed Richards as he seemingly blasts off to the moon. Marvel Studios has also shown off Galactus.
